A list of my faves that actually work
Curated by yours truly, a one-stop shop of everything I recommend to my clients, minus the stuff that's just hype
Look, the internet is FLOODED with "must-have" pregnancy and postpartum products… and most of it is complete garbage designed to make you feel like you’re slacking if you don’t have seventeen different gadgets just for baby’s sleep.
This list has been slowly built over years of supporting families, including my own. This isn't a sponsored list of unnecessary crap. These are the products, resources, and tools I genuinely recommend because they work.
Bookmark this page. You'll want to come back to it throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
Quick heads up: Some of these links are affiliate links, which means I might earn a small commission if you purchase through them — at absolutely no extra cost to you. I only recommend things I actually believe in, whether or not there's a commission attached.
